Gwyn Thomas Ltd offers individually tailored solutions for dust and fume control. We have an in-house design facility where all drawings are prepared with AutoCAD LT 2008. We have our own design of Reserve Jet Filter Units, complete with either tubular filters, Cartridge Elements and Envelope Type Media. Further to that we can offer Wet Type Dust Collectors to conform with the Magnesium and Grinding Regulations and High Energy Fume Scrubbers.

We also manufacture all types of ductwork from 1.0mm upto and including 5.0mm thick in all types of steel. Within our scope of works we also manufacture a wide selection of Acoustic Booths/Benches tailored to suit our clients needs.

All enquiries to Gwyn Thomas Limited will be followed by a site visit, attended by a director, after which schematic drawings and a quotation will be issued. Upon approval of quotation a full site survey will be undertaken and final detailed drawings will be produced for client approval.

All works meet with current EPA, HMIP, HSC legislation and COSHH Regulations, and installations are undertaken by a team of approved sub-contractors, who have worked with us for over 15 years.

As part of our impressive after sales support, we offer a 24 hour back up facility incorporating an overhaul or repair of existing equipment, including supply and installation of replacement filter bags, cartridges and reverse jet control gear, along with replacement fans and ductwork. We can also carry out on site independent LEV testing of existing plant and equipment.
